Ford unveils new dealership in Clark

CLARK FREEPORT -- Ford Group Philippines, through its official distributor, the Laus Group of Companies (LGC), has expanded its retail footprint in Central Luzon with the opening of its new dealership facility in Clark, Pampanga.

Strategically located along M.A. Roxas Highway, the new 1,863-square meter facility, is Ford’s 47th dealership in the country and 10th under the LGC.

During Tuesday’s media launch, Ford Group Philippines Managing Director Bert Lessard shared that the inauguration of Ford Clark is a testament to the company’s commitment to further serve the automotive sales and service needs of customers in the area.

“This is another milestone for us in Ford, as we continue to grow our dealership network to reach more customers in Clark, which is one of the country’s major economic hubs, giving access to our world-class vehicles and improvements in the overall ownership experience,” he said.

Lessard relayed that Ford Clark is the first dealership in the Philippines to follow the new global dealership branding guidelines, showcasing a more globally-aligned exterior and interior look that aims to provide customers a more engaging and inclusive environment.

He further highlighted that the latest facility will be enabled by new technological features that will help facilitate a fast and more customer-focused sales and after-sales delivery, as well as connect the customer’s online purchasing journey with the on-ground and in-store environment.

Other advanced features of Ford Clark include a more interactive welcome pod that exemplifies “people serving people” with a welcoming hospitality gesture, a vehicle display space that allows for optimal vehicle presentation, a customer lounge that allows customers to connect online, charge their gadgets or work remotely, and an enhanced celebration bay and service reception area, among others.

“This is another first from the LausGroup, one of our most trusted partners,” Lessard lauded.

For his part, LGC Chairman and CEO Levy P. Laus, expressed his gratitude to Ford Philippines for its continued support, trust, and appreciation through the years.

“I thank Ford Group Philippines for giving us a chance to open a new dealership here. As you know, we have other brands here in our auto zone, but you may also have noticed that Ford is actually right in the center and there’s a reason for that. Well, Ford has always been close to my heart. Believe it or not, I’ve been a Ford dealer longer than anyone else. Our partnership goes a long way back, in the 1980s to be exact,” he shared.

“Being close to Ford has given me many opportunities including being able to open a total of 10 Ford dealerships including this one, which I believe has a lot of potential knowing that Clark is the epicenter of growth in Northern and Central Luzon,” he continued.

Laus disclosed that next year, LGC will unveil its refreshed and bigger Ford dealership facility in Santiago, Isabela, which also carries the latest look and follows the global dealership branding of Ford Clark.

Aside from Clark and Isabela, LGC also operates Ford dealerships in Libis, Cabanatuan, Ilocos, Baguio, Subic, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Dagupan.
