Lester Sonza is commendable and very much appreciated. He followed a sound service process by a couple of enquiries to me, verified my complaints and immediately found out the problem part, checked if replacement is available in-house, informed me of the cost but also suggested that there could be some warranty coverage of defective part tat would be replaced.
