The Philippine Archipelago is eternally a hot country. Every vehicle should have a working airconditioner that works. Make sure that the airconditioner is working, especially its aircon gas levels. You will thank me for telling you this

WATER

Water. This is what we all need. Especiallly in hot weather. Make sure that the water level in the radiator is full. Overheating problems will surely cause you so much hassle, discomfort and delay your trips. Furthermore,the windshield wiper's water tank must be replenished at all times.
